After the success of our inaugural customer open day last year, we're doing it again - and it's a different kind of AV tech event. Intimate, personal and relaxed, it's a time and place for integrators to learn about new products, share insight and experience, and get some quality time with some of the best brands in audio and collaboration technology, as well as our team.

New for 2026: a keynote from TED speaker Julian Treasure on why audio matters, guest speaker Phil Creighton of Aurahear.com on Auracast and accessibility, and live demos of the latest conferencing technology from Shure, Q-SYS and Yamaha (ADECIA 3.0), plus the new PoE++ loudspeakers from Fohhn.

Julian wrote our white paper on putting customer experience first through sound, and he'll open the day on why audio matters: to customer experience in retail and hospitality, and in the meeting and conference spaces where good audio makes or breaks communication.

Plan your visit

The agenda is open, so you can drop in and out during the day. Vendor tech talks will run throughout the event, giving you time to move between live demonstrations, technical conversations, and the vendor tech exhibit without being tied to one format.

Lunch is provided - best pizza in town! The event runs alongside normal office activity. Visitor areas are clearly defined so the team can keep private working spaces separate while still making the day easy to navigate.
